In this contracted project for Unico Properties, I was asked to design environmental graphics for 2323 Elliott’s Marketing Center. This building had been recently vacated by its long-term leasers, leaving it available to be completely renovated. After the renovation, the Marketing Center would temporarily operate as a meeting space to house presentations to potential new leasers touring and learning about the space. As such, the graphics needed to function both as marketing collateral, telling the story of 2323 Elliot’s value to potential leasers, and as placemaking graphics, creating a sense of personality and identity in such a blank, corporate location. In addition, as a follow-up to the initial environmental graphics, I was tasked with retouching all the photos of 2323 Elliott and designing a digital Repositioning Presentation.
