Corporate collateral and branding work developed for Unico Properties—a private real estate firm invested in and actively managing a more than $4.3 billion portfolio of office, multifamily, and mixed-use properties. As a designer, I was tasked with creating a more robust collection of corporate designs to be utilized in situations when a deliverable needed to be executed quickly, rather than creating new materials specifically for the project. One such instance of this need was a presentation template. The challenge in this project was creating an elevated design, while keeping the elements of each slide simple enough to be used across all Unico teams, including Acquisitions, Asset Management, Development, Investment, Real Estate Services, and more.
