Skinner Building Window Graphics

In my position as the designer at Unico Properties, I often worked with our Real Estate Services team to develop branding and marketing solutions for properties managed by Unico. In this project, I was asked to create retail window marketing for a storefront in the historic Skinner Building in downtown Seattle to advertise the space for pop-up opportunities.

Role: Communications Designer

Duties performed: Research, Ideation, Pattern Design, Typography, Prep for Print Production
