In this contracted project with Unico Properties, I designed window graphics with the aim to market Smith Tower’s street-level retail spaces to new leasers. Previous to the creation of these graphics, the windows were covered by butcher paper printed with engraving-style illustrations. After research on Smith Tower’s current visual branding, it was decided that the new graphics should have a similar look and feel to the butcher paper to retain the tower’s brand identity, but should be more retail-forward with modern design touches to reflect Unico’s goals for achieving new relevancy in this historic space.
